29. From 8:00 p.m. on polling day, the deputy returning officer of the postal polling station, assisted by the poll clerk of the postal polling station, proceeds to the counting of the votes.
Where a postal polling station is situated in the same polling place as a polling station, the counting of votes may begin only after the poll is closed at that polling station.
